Why Coaching?

For most us, change is hard, and change is inevitable in today's fast paced world.

coaching is about on-going learning and sustained change. Coaching uess some proven techniques from different disciplines such as sociology, psychology, career counselling and mentoring. It is an effective way to help one develop some critical skills and qualities required to achieve the desired outcomes. These skills and qualities include goal setting, life balance, communication, self-confidence and self-empowerment.

How Does Coaching Work?

Every coaching relationship is unique. The best way to understand and get a feel for coaching is to actually experience it first hand. We offer a 30 minutes sample coach seesion to the prospective clients.  Contact Us for more information.  

The coaching process begins with an intake session in which the client shares goals, history, and current challenges with the coach. The coach and client together develop a strategy and a roadmap specifically designed to meet the client’s individual needs. Regular coaching session and followup are an essential part of the coaching process.

The coaching can be in person or by telephone. The lengths of these sessions differ between individual clients. Some are 45-minute sessions three or four times a month, while others can be one-hour sessions twice a month.

The goal of coaching is to provide the external support necessary to jump-start the process until the client learns the skills necessary to keep him or her on track over time. Coaching relationship that lasts for three to six months is a good practice.
